Follow these four steps to get fully oriented in your credential environment.
Your unique access code is shown on the left. Copy and save it in a secure location — you will need it if you ever need to re-authenticate or transfer your access.
Your first stop is the Academy Orientation. This is a mandatory onboarding experience that introduces you to every section of the credential environment, how progress tracking works, and how to build your Ethical Intelligence Dossier.
After Orientation you will land in your personal Dashboard — your learning command centre. All enrolled programs, progress indicators, badge status, and dossier entries are visible here.
Navigate to your enrolled program from the Dashboard. Each module follows a structured 8-component anatomy: orientation, lesson, video, worksheet, practice lab, reflection, portfolio artifact, and checkpoint.
